These terms govern your use of RingBack ("RingBack", "we", "us", "our"), a missed-call text-back and lead-capture service for businesses. RingBack is a trading name of Dumitru Vasiliu (sole trader), 39 Spearpoint Gardens, London, IG2 7SX, United Kingdom. By subscribing to or using RingBack you agree to these terms.
RingBack forwards your unanswered business calls to a dedicated number, automatically sends the caller a text message with a link to a booking form branded with your business name, and delivers the captured lead to you by text and through your dashboard.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your full card details. You authorise recurring charges for the subscription until it is cancelled.
We aim to keep RingBack running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties (telecoms, SMS and hosting providers) and on your network carrier correctly forwarding calls, which can occasionally fail or delay messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingBack is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from missed messages, delayed texts, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. When RingBack processes details of people who call your business, you act as the data controller for those leads and we act as your processor.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@timrx.live.
