This policy explains how RingBack ("RingBack", "we", "us") handles personal data. RingBack is a trading name of Dumitru Vasiliu (sole trader), 39 Spearpoint Gardens, London, IG2 7SX, United Kingdom — the data controller for our customer (subscriber) data. You can contact us at admin@timrx.live.

1. Who this applies to

We process two kinds of personal data:

Subscribers — the tradespeople and businesses who sign up for RingBack. We are the controller of this data.
Callers / leads — members of the public who call a subscriber's business and submit their details through RingBack. For this data the subscriber is the controller and RingBack acts as their processor.

2. What we collect

Subscriber business name, owner phone, email, message wording	To set up and run your service and contact you.
Payment details (handled by Mollie)	To take your subscription payment. We never store full card numbers.
Caller phone number, and the name, job description, postcode and preferred time a caller submits	To capture the lead and pass it to the relevant subscriber.
Basic technical/log data	Security, troubleshooting and service reliability.

3. Lawful basis

We process subscriber data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in operating the service. Caller/lead data is processed on behalf of subscribers under their instructions so they can respond to enquiries.

4. Service providers we use

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate agreements:

Twilio — sends the text messages and handles call forwarding.
Mollie — processes subscription payments.
Render — hosts the application and database.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use lead data for our own marketing.

5. Retention

We keep subscriber and lead data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting and dispute-handling purposes. Subscribers can ask us to delete a lead or close an account, after which associated lead data is removed.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. If you are a caller wishing to exercise rights over your enquiry, please contact the business you called; we will assist them as their processor. To make a request to us, email admin@timrx.live. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date above.
