This policy explains how RingBack ("RingBack", "we", "us") handles personal data. RingBack is a trading name of Dumitru Vasiliu (sole trader), 39 Spearpoint Gardens, London, IG2 7SX, United Kingdom — the data controller for our customer (subscriber) data. You can contact us at admin@timrx.live.

3. Lawful basis

We process subscriber data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in operating the service. Caller/lead data is processed on behalf of subscribers under their instructions so they can respond to enquiries.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate agreements:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use lead data for our own marketing.

5. Retention

We keep subscriber and lead data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting and dispute-handling purposes. Subscribers can ask us to delete a lead or close an account, after which associated lead data is removed.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. If you are a caller wishing to exercise rights over your enquiry, please contact the business you called; we will assist them as their processor. To make a request to us, email admin@timrx.live. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
